Vanessa Ali

Vanessa Ali, a native of New Jersey, is an alumna of Johnson & Wales University, where she embarked on her career as a work-study before ascending to the position of Manager in Training for the Storeroom during her final academic year.
Her extensive professional journey spans the realms of front-of-the-house operations, research and development (R&D), catering, event planning, as well as private chef services.
As a testament to her commitment to excellence, she now serves as a dedicated full-time faculty member within the institution.
Beyond the academic realm, Chef is sought after for her insights and guidance in the culinary industry. She lends her expertise as a consultant and trainer for Clarke Living, a distinguished Sub-Zero/Wolf kitchen showroom and culinary hub; The Flavor Experience, and Taste of the Worlds Chefs Culinary Conference at UMASS.
