Yesim Giresunlu completed her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Old Dominion University. Her clinical counseling and supervision experience includes providing counseling services and clinical supervision in various medical settings. During her doctoral studies, she was the advisor for an interprofessional care clinic addressing social determinants of health needs for the local community.
Her research interests include counselor and supervisor development and practices in integrated behavioral health settings.
