Maeve Guidera

Maeve Guidera is a registered dietitian and culinary nutritionist with extensive experience in the food and nutrition industry. She has held roles in recipe development, food manufacturing, and regulatory and marketing functions within the CPG food industry. Maeve most recently served as the Campus Dietitian at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.
In addition to her duties as a registered dietitian, Maeve has taught as Adjunct Faculty for Salve Regina University and The University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI. During this time, Maeve was also a Dietetic Internship Preceptor where she guided and supported the development of dietetic interns during supervised practice.
Maeve graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and earned her Master of Business Administration from Dominican University where she also completed her Dietetic Internship.
