Professor Mansour Moussavi teaches various courses in hospitality management, finance and economics.
Prior to his teaching career, he spent 15 years working in hotels and restaurants in Europe and the United States. In addition, he spent a decade working as a restaurant owner/operator in the Boston area. He also spent time consulting for both hotels and restaurants in the area of revenue/costs analysis and reporting.
