2025-26 Program Costs
Note that the program runs a full 30-month span, including the summer semester. Below you will find a tuition breakdown per semester and for the entirety of the program for our June 2025 cohort.
- Per Semester: $18,500
- Total Program Cost (8 Semesters): $148,000
Note: JWU bachelor’s degree holders from any campus are eligible for the Wildcat Alumni Scholarship that provides them with a 25% discount on tuition, bringing their investment down to $111,000. All other DPT accepted applicants will receive a $20,000 ($2,500 per semester) JWU Inaugural Scholarship.
Benefits of JWU’s Inclusive DPT Program Cost
Our Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program is structured with a student-first approach. Our total program cost includes the following benefits and services for our students at no additional cost:
- Uniforms: Students will receive two pairs of scrub tops and pants and one program nametag
- Memberships: Students will receive an annual membership to the APTA and RIAPTA
- Textbooks: Students will receive an annual subscription to AccessPhysiotherapy, providing access to the textbooks and resources needed for their coursework
- Criminal Background Checks
- Clinical Site Costs: JWU provides students malpractice insurance for clinical education experiences
Additional Estimated Expenses
Additional expenses outside of the total program cost may include:
- Laptop and other technologies
- Student Health Insurance
- Housing
- Travel, accommodation and other costs associated with clinical education
