You can apply to JWU’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) as an undergrad in one of JWU’s pre-health bachelor’s degree programs (Biology, Health Science or Exercise & Sports Science) if you meet academic and experiential eligibility requirements.
To be considered for the guaranteed interview, you must
- Submit an application to the JWU PA program through the Central Application service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) by September 1 of the calendar year prior to intended matriculation, as well as a letter of recommendation from JWU pre-health faculty
- Meet all criteria for admission to the program, including prerequisite course work, direct patient care experience, and PA shadowing
- Achieve a minimum CASPA-calculated cumulative GPA of 3.30 and BCP (biology/chemistry/physics) GPA of 3.30, with no grade below C
